In addition, multiple integration options are available when our mixing valves are combined with the Armstrong range of water heater packages to create a complete, stand-alone process water temperature control solution.
Thermostatic Systems
The thermostatic mixing valve has long been regarded as an essential means of ensuring that premixed hot water for industrial hygiene and process control applications is maintained at a safe, comfortable temperature. Rada® thermostatic mixing valves feature unique technology that outperforms and outdates thermostatic mixing valves operating on the bimetal or filled capsule principles. Armstrong International offers thermostatic water mixing valves in a range of sizes from 0.5 to 98 GPM (1.9 to 371 LPM), package assemblies for up to 288 GPM (1090 LPM), and steam/water mixing valves in sizes up to 86 GPM (326 LPM). Complete assemblies are available as well to handle tasks like vat filling, washdown, blending from heat exchangers, and food processing.
